Each notebook is made especially for you.

• Production time: usually 3–5 business days
• Europe: typically 5–10 business days after production
• United States & rest of world: typically 7–15 business days after production

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns & replacements

Because every notebook is made individually for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or for choosing the wrong color or style. Please double-check your selection before ordering.

If your notebook arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, reach out and we'll look into it with our production and shipping partners.
